This is one out of the three summer colors Kylie has released (Maliboo). Her other two are “Ginger” and “Kristen,” which are also some more brighter colors for summer. Well so I thought it was a brighter color.
I personally love Kylie’s products because the lip liner that matches the color is so helpful for me; I don’t like lips that stand out too much. I have a couple of lip sticks from MAC that I like, but they don’t have matching names making it hard for me to choose what one looks the best. Kylie’s lip kits just save me so much time and energy with the matching lip liner. Her liner is also really easy to apply, it goes on without having to press down much, or moving your lips.
The lip kit comes as a liner and gloss, at first that kind of freaked me out because I was thinking more of a lip stick. After I applied the liner, I blended it into my lips a little giving it a more natural look instead of a clear line. I then used the gloss and applied it to my lower lip, and then to my top. It goes on as a glossy feel, but then dries into the matte color it should be.
If there is one thing I hate the most, its eating a piece of bread and all your lip stick is either smeared or gone. Well with Kylie’s lip kits you don’t have to worry about that one bit. I work at a restaurant as a hostess and on my breaks I get to eat; Which means it is any kind of pasta because I am a pasta lover. Usually pastas involve some sort of creamy sauce or an oily sauce that takes the lip stick right off. Well to my surprise after I ate, I still had a decent coat of the lip stick on. I was truly amazed.
I hope you enjoyed learning a little about Maliboo! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
Now this is what I thought it would look like, but I don’t have lip injections to make it lighter.
